Research Specialist

Sam is a Research Specialist with the Global Food Research Program. She completed her undergraduate degree in public health from Cornell University, where she supported the Leak Research Group in implementing nutrition education and professional development programs for youth in New York City. Sam is excited to research the impact of labeling regulations on consumer purchases and industry reformulation of food products.

My family’s holiday favorite is… corn pudding!

The first thing I learned to cook was… fruit salad.
