Richard Henderson
Research programmer, 2019–2022
Richard Henderson was a research programmer with the Global Food Research Program from 2019 to 2022. While at GFRP, he worked on data programming, management, and analysis on international and domestic food purchase and consumption data. He now works as an economist with the USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service.
Foods I must have at home are… oatmeal and peanut butter.
When I am feeling down my go to food is… chocolate.
