When I’m in a time crunch, I love to make… rice and beans with a fried egg and hot sauce on top. Easy and delicious, and can spice it up with guac, sour cream, and cheese.

My most interesting food habit is… snacking a lot. I don’t like to go more than 2-3 hours without some sort of food and almost never leave the house without a snack on hand. I’ve been this way my whole life!

The first thing I learned to cook was… probably instant Top Ramen. (I used to make this after school and dip saltines in the broth because apparently it wasn’t salty enough!)
